Which systems can Surfact integrate with?

Surfact supports, or is building, integrations with these systems. Fleet Management Systems (FMS): Samsara, FutureDriver and Catena Clearing. Transport Management Systems (TMS): nShift, Zendera and CSCS. Reefer telematics: Carrier Lynx, Thermo King TracKing and ORBCOMM. Business intelligence: Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker, Qlik Sense, Amazon QuickSight and Azure Synapse and Fabric. ERP: SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Are all of these integrations available today?

Can Surfact pull data from my reefer unit telematics?

Yes, depending on the reefer telematics provider and live data availability from the TCU. This applies to Carrier Lynx, Thermo King TracKing and ORBCOMM. Reefer unit data such as setpoint, return air and alarms can be shown in the Surfact Dashboard next to the in-cargo temperature from the Emma Smart Tracker. Surfact data can also be sent back to those systems.
How do I connect Surfact to a TMS or fleet management system?

Surfact links sensor data to your shipments, trips and vehicles, so dispatchers and planners see cargo temperature and location where they already work. For nShift, Zendera, CSCS, Samsara, FutureDriver and Catena Clearing, contact us and we will set up the connection with you.
Can I use Surfact data in Power BI, Tableau or other BI tools?

Yes. Temperature history, excursions and route data can be made available for reporting in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense, Amazon QuickSight and Azure analytics, so you can track cold chain performance across lanes, carriers and customers.
Does Surfact integrate with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle and Dynamics 365?

Shipment temperature reports and deviations can be attached to orders and deliveries in SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics 365, so quality and finance teams have the evidence they need for release, claims and audits.
My system is not on the list. Can you still integrate?
