The problem

Offshore is where the data usually stops.

A container leaves the supply base, sails for hours or days beyond cellular coverage, gets lifted onto a platform or a vessel and is opened by people who have minutes, not an office. Everything between quay and hook has historically been invisible.

Emma closes that gap by carrying the answer with the goods, and handing over the full record as soon as the container is back within range of a network.
