Pharma retail distribution · Europe
Temperature proof for every pharmacy delivery. Automatically.
From the distribution center to every pharmacy on the route, and back. No data to collect or read out.
In daily use with key pharmacy chains, reaching thousands of pharmacies.

The problem
You carry the responsibility. Someone else holds the data.
A pharmacy round isn't one shipment. It's dozens of drops before lunch, a van door opening at every stop, and cases going out full and coming back with returns and recalls inside. Every step that depends on someone remembering is a step that gets skipped on a busy morning.
No live view of your deliveries
Temperature data sits with the wholesaler or carrier. You get it after the fact, on request, often days later.
Returns are a blind spot
Manual logs and procedures give little or no record of temperature on the way back. Without proof, returned goods are quarantined or written off.
Your responsibility, someone else's data
You're accountable for the conditions your medicines traveled in, but the evidence lives in other people's systems. Every audit means chasing documents.
How it's used
A normal day with Emma. A quick scan. Or an automatic start.
Put it in the medical case. That's the whole procedure.
01
At the distribution center
Emma goes in the roll cage, tote or medical case, or is fixed in the van. One per temperature zone.
02
The route starts
Scan the QR code on Emma to start the route. Or let it start automatically, based on how it's set up.
03
Out to your pharmacies
Continuous temperature and location for every stop. If a limit is getting close, your QA is warned while the van is still on the road, not at the end of the day.
04
The way back
Pharmacy staff put Emma in the return box with the returned goods. The same record continues all the way back to the distribution center.
05
Proof in your account
The route closes automatically. Your QA has a complete, audit-ready record without asking anyone for it.
One simple step at the pharmacy: put Emma in the return box with the returned goods. No apps, no sign-offs, no data to read out.
Returns back to stock
Stop writing off returns you can't document.
Without proof the cold chain held on the way back, returned medicines are quarantined or destroyed. Emma documents the full round trip by default, so your QA can release returned goods back to salable stock.
Unbroken chain
One device covers outbound and return. No gap while the goods sat at the pharmacy.
Decide on arrival
Goods-in sees the full return history before the case is unpacked. Restock or quarantine in seconds.
Recall traceability
Every returned case is tied to a route, a stop and a time window. A recall sweep becomes a search, not an investigation.
Cases come home
Medical cases, cages and devices are located, so reusable equipment stops disappearing from the network.
Supports EU GDP (2013/C 343/01) requirements for returned medicinal products. Release remains subject to QA assessment and your approved returns procedures.
One source of truth
Our screen. Your systems. Or both.
Use Surfact Signal on its own, send the data straight into your own systems, or both. Either way, your QA has the full record without asking anyone for it.

Software your QA team will actually use.
No training course, no installation. Open it in a browser and everything is there.
